Personally, I prepared physically, emotionally, & spiritually. My best friend of over 40 years told me that's probably why I did so well. Looking back, I think it was a combination of my preparation & the skills of a great surgeon! Just want to say that having the “choice” to prepare for this surgery is one of it’s blessings.
