My mother who is 86 now had a pig valve replacement 13 years ago. Today she found out that the valve is closing is there anything they can do to fix the problem? The doctor did not want to do another replacement at her age and health. He more or less told her that she could live a short time of 10 years. I know that you can't give me a answer that will help me but is there something new that they can do to the valve to open it up again. Please answer a very concerned daughter Thank you
