Started using a 1x daily medication on my incision of Mederma. Incision must be all healed, no open areas! I'll post in approximately a month how it goes!!! Wendy R.N.

Hey Ed, Hope you're doing better each and every day!! I have a few past scars from surgeries, but since they don't show, I wasn't so concerned about them. I have a mini incision, and am going to try and lessen it's visibility. Best to you on a pleasant recovery!!

Second Session of Cardiac Rehab today, went very well !!!!! CHAMPS Program through University Of Iowa!!! I am way out-numbered by the men in the session. Keep celebrating the mini milestones as they add up quicker than great big progresses! You can do it, and will be better for it in the long run. Cardiac rehab got me back on my feet and less afraid of, well, everything! Take good care!

Hi Wendy, your scar looks very similar to my mini stern scar (MVR 12/26/14). My surgeon said to use vitamin E lotion once a day & so far, no problems! Take care, Jenni
