Well my BAV went from mild to moderate severe regurgitation. This moved me from annual visit to every 6 months. But my aneurysm is holding at 4.6 so I may end up having two surgeries one to fix each issue.

Sean Adkins My aneurysm was at 4.3cm. I was told to reduce my exercise to only walking and jogging. I was also told to not lift over 30lbs. I had moderate severe aortic stenosis. There's also height ratio index that the AHA guidelines say to consider in the presence of a bicuspid valve. My understanding is the newest AHA guidelines don't hold to the old rule of 5cm.
