I had two valves replaced,(aortic and mitral) one valve fixed (tricuspid) and a clip for afib placed on my heart in October of 2024. (I now have a pig valve and a cow valve!) I didn't get to start rehab till Feb. 2025 because I had pleural effusion. I had... Read more.
one thing everyone here seems to agree on is that everyone's recovery is different! keep up the good work. small steps!
Yes, we all agree in being patients because the recovery time is different for every one. The important is make moderate physical exercise, going it up slowly in rehabilitation time, be constant in it, and have faith and hope in recovery.😊❤️
Patience was a big lesson for me while recovering! The slow way is the fastest way…
Thanks for all the encouragement. I guess I still think like a youngster. Everything should happen faster! God will see me through.
