David Augustus Dr. Castro is the best, he is a skilled surgeon and an incredible human being. I had my BAV replaced along with my aoritc root last May. I had a consult at Stanford and with Dr. Castro. I went with Dr. Castro as he has assembled an incredible team at Sequoia. Not to mention, I had family members stay at the Sequoia House while I was in the hospital. Good luck with your decision.
