Robert Miller  So what do you expect to happen? Are you looking for a heart surgeon that can do this procedure for free? I suspect this could be arranged with the help of some forum member and Adam's connections. Please be more specific because anyone can write a letter like the one you posted to get money from innocent people.

But as I can see you already believe what you want to believe. I can't do anything with your way of thinking. Just in case you don't know Mr. Adam did this. For sure Mr. Adam needs to background check before he wants to help me. Whatever he needs me to comply with the requirements I'm willing or he can able to drop by here personally. Just in case! Of course, what I want to happen is I need help for my baby. Maybe Mr. Adam doesn't need to send it to our bank account but instead to the bank account of the hospital he prepared for us as he did to Mr. Johann.

Robert Miller  Looks like my heart but there are posts for "Russan/Accresha Gallero" in 2008, 2009, 2007, 2015, 2015, etc. All saying she is 4 years old. Looks like a scam to me but if it's real then please provide more information besides hoping someone will send some money. 55 results looking for Gallero. 

Klara Čičić  Dear Robert I was so hoping this wasn't a scam. I also googled ofcourse but didn't find anything suspicious at a first glance. There are so many real mothers and fathers  facing this devastating destiny of having their child so sick and not being able to help them just because they are born in the wrong place at the wrong time.... Shame on them who take advantage of this.

I just want to seek help for my daughter. I can't blame you, maybe you have experience before so you think like that. Robert Miller  This forum is mostly for people who have or had heart surgery. You might want to check on other forums (which I am sure you did) where surgeons are active. Maybe something like doctors without borders. My brother in law did something similar (not heart surgery but other surgery) in foreign countries free of charge. So search for communities like that. Best of luck.

If I can help in any way, please tell us more. There are also heart surgery survivors from Philippines active on this page who can maybe help! 

RUSSAN GALLERO  Hi Ma'am Klara! I don't know how can I reach Sir Adam. Right now I'm a desperate Mom seeking help. She needs to undergo surgery to extend her life but I don't know how. Praying for a miracle to happen that's why I'm seeking it here just in case. I just don't know how but praying and hope.
