I contracted Endocarditis in late 2024 but was not diagnosed until Feb of 2025. By then it had made swiss cheese of my Aortic and Mitral valve, the mitral being the worse. I had surgery scheduled for April 21st but while I was on the table they found my pulmonary pressure was was too high (110) so they sent me over to the cardiac ICU for awhile and then home with Meds. I have another heart cath July 1st to check if my PASP is reduced and I can make the July surgery date.
