Is she doing any additional testing to make sure things are okay? This sounds scary to me.

Seriously, I'd suggest a different , more proactive doctor. If she doesn't keep her legs up often , at the same time keeping moving as well. The dieretics helped me, but it has taken a long time. best Regards ❤

I agree with Barb that a new cardiologist may be in order. Waiting 2-3 months for a recheck with afib and swelling doesn't seem enough.

I can definitely see how that would be a problem - incontinence happens with age and water pills would definitely not help. I hope that her urologist (or another one) has another solution forher. You/She needs to stay vocal about this problem which happens to many women. Take care.
