Finally heard from my cardiologist yesterday and am in the process of getting more tests sheduled for the coming month or two. Still not anywhere near close to getting a date for any particular type of operation, but thankfully getting closer.

It will be three weeks tomorrow since I had my echocardiogram diagnosing me with severe aortic stenosis requiring intervention, and I am still waiting to hear from my cardiologist.

Yes, I agree with Richard. However, I'm reading online that Slovenia has a shortage of specialists.
Probably why one slovenia member had hers done in germany. And there are those that want our system like theirs. No thank you.
Agree with that too!
Things can be a little slow in Slovenia but usually they are sped up if they are considered serious enough. I still have faith in my cardiologist anyway and am resigned to waiting a little longer knowing that he has many patients.
You are more patient than i am but thats what makes us all different.

I have been dignosed with serious aortic stenosis and a mildly leaky mitral valve, and am now waiting for an appointment to see my cardiologist for a full explanation of my echocardiogram and further recommendations/instructions.
