62/3 male. Completely asymptomatic with bicuspid valve and discovered last year that I had severe aortic stenosis. My team at UCSF doesn't want to give me a TAVR and is keenly trying to get me to have a SAVR. I'm looking into the BELIEEVERS trial at Cedars, OHS via the rib entry and/or the port surgery and also the minimally invasive robotic surgery at Cleveland clinic. Would love to hear from anyone who has been through something similar
