I tend to drink an energy drink in the afternoon. After 2 AVR surgeries am I really playing with fire?

Good question! I know if you have any arhythmias, they discourage high amounts of caffeine. But, if you don't, you're probably ok.❤️

I don't know how much caffeine is in an energy drink but worth checking. Would coffee be an alternative?

If they have any preservatives in it. than u should avoid.. coffee is better option I think.. 😉

2 1-2 years after my second AVR surgery. My ejection fraction continues to increase. It was in low 40s before surgery and now its back in the normal range at 55%👍😬

I have had blood infections in the past. Doctors have told me that the strep strain is always in our system. I have been getting strep throat almost yearly and wondering how much damage the bacteria is doing to my bovine AV? Does anyone have any experience with this or... Read more.
