Nine weeks ago, could not run for 90 seconds without getting out of breath. Just "graduated" from the Couch to 5k program this morning. Still have more road to run but I ran for thirty consecutive minutes (at old man pace) today. Next goal: three miles in 36 minutes (don't... Read more.
Nice! I've always been amazed by our body's ability to recover over time. You can go a bit more than 90 seconds now!

Achievement unlocked. 16.0 a month after surgery, now 26.1. Finally out of the "low" range.
