GOALS!😊. I was skiing 5 months after my SAVR. It felt great to be back in the game! Still does!! My skiing is not high altitude as I live in Michigan. Enjoy!

Thank you for all the nice comments! To answer a few questions: Martin, when I told my surgeon that we had a ski trip planned, he said tell me anywhare but Telluride! We were in Telluride. Did great no issues.
