Four months post surgery and I am skiing in Colorado with my family. It is possible my friends! Happy New Year to all!

That's great, Jay! For a few years until 2019 I was spending the better part of my winters in Granby , CO. for the skiing, My cardiologist discouraged me from continuing to spend time at altitude (i.e. sleeping at 8000' and skiing at up to 10,000'. He discouraged me a... Read more.
GOALS!😊. I was skiing 5 months after my SAVR. It felt great to be back in the game! Still does!! My skiing is not high altitude as I live in Michigan. Enjoy!

Thank you for all the nice comments! To answer a few questions: Martin, when I told my surgeon that we had a ski trip planned, he said tell me anywhare but Telluride! We were in Telluride. Did great no issues. Ana, Yes my triplets were there and my daughter graduated... Read more.
