4 weeks since AVR surgery. Feeling significantly better than 3 weeks ago. Breathing better than prior to surgery. Gaining energy by the day. Walking 20 minutes twice a day. Driving. Sleeping well. Next week starting 36 sessions of one hour each of cardio rehab. My faith has kept me strong.... Read more.
