No more Wafrin, baby aspirin is it. Dr. said I am doing OK and hopefully the MAZE works. He stated that it holds 70 -80 % in cases like mine. That and Dr. Adams Mitral and Tricuspid repair will do the trick. To all those who are starting out ,... Read more.

Thanks for the encouraging words, it's nice to know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I am just starting out & it helps reading others stories. Glad you are healing and moving in the right direction!

Gagged on a pill a week ago. Severe coughing and gagging. Results were pain and discomfort in upper sternum. Think it set me back a month.

Almost two months out, did some raking and got mr heart rate up to 100+ , It recovered. Exertion tired me out a bit. Nap time.

I know what you mean, Henry. I overdo it more than I should, but then those naps feel so good! Nothing like a snuggle with a warm cat on a soft couch.

Take your rest Henry. Exercise is good, but so is the resting afterwards, to allow your body to heal. I was not raking or even in the pool at two months, just walking and in cardiac rehab, now it is 9 months later and I'm back to everything and more.
