I am now 6 weeks post Minimal Invasive Heart Bypass, and find that I seem to have pains in my back rib area, chest pains and discomfort. I also found last night a lump above the incision wound. Have others experienced these issues?

Susan Lynn Helen - If your nerves were frozen during your procedure, you're probably feeling the sensation of them regenerating. If you're worried, definitely put a call into your surgeon's office Good luck!

Patsy Stewart I had more pain in my back than I did anywhere else after OH. Especially when I was up trying to get my walking in. Tylenol and rest seemed to help me the most. I also had a lump at the top of my incision, but it eventually went away. Hope your recovery becomes easier for you.~❤️

Rose Madura I had a bump at the top of my incision and I remember my cardiologist coming in to see me and telling me not to worry, it would flatten out and it did. I had pain in my shoulders more than anywhere else.
