Very anxious about getting to the right center with the right experience and right success rate for my MVR. First atempt at clipping unsucessful because doctor couldn't grasp the leaflet to do clipping. What should be next?

Darrel, I'm sorry you need another surgery. I'd be sure to get more than one opinion and don't rule out traveling to a facility that are experts at what you need done. God bless you!

Well for starters recognized here about 25 Mitral Valve centers of excellence in the US - so this is a place with high volume and great outcomes. I'd start working this list. Spot on J. This is definitely not a haircut. You only get one heart. Find an excellent cardiac center that has specialties in your specific type of valve disease. 👍👍👍
