I had my heart Catheterization today and found out I will not only need a new valve, but I will also need double bypass surgery. They want to do it before Christmas. I am ready to get it done with.

That's the purpose of the cath - find out what else should be done to avoid having you go back for surgery. Glad they are able to get you in so soon!!!

Go get fixed Bob and on to recovery and peace of mind. While they are in there they can fix all that needs to be fixed and you can then get on to your life. We are here for you!

Normally I would be very nervous, but I have a dear friend going through the exact same thing and I learned a lot through her. I have a habit of blocking everything so I do not get over excited. A lot of prayer helps too?
