If you don't know, ask to talk to the surgeon when the prepare you. Wish you all the best!!! Recovery is the most important thing. Do your breathing exercises (don't overdo it, just do your best, stop when your chest hurts too much). Go for walks. Ask for meds if it hurts because they won't give you any if it doesn't hurt. As my nurses said, don't try to be a hero refusing meds. Get help rolling out of the bed if you need help. Never get out of bed without someone being there. You can faint before you realize it (did that after donating blood many years ago...).
