About Me

I had to have 2 mechanical valves put in on Nov 14th 2019 from what I understand my valves were damaged from having rheumatic fever as a child. no signs of any heart problems until one day when heart started skipping beats. The heart doctor told me it was one valve and said stay away from stress and sent me on my way. 6 months later with heart still skipping my heart rate went up to over 300 beats a min and I drove myself to the ER.. I walked in and the next thing i remember was being bagged and a woman telling me that i had a heart attack and that my heart rate was beating over 300 please try to breath show . the next thing i remember was being transferred to Duke University.
