Wow. A PA noticed a murmur at a routine physical, got an ultrasound and it was off to the races. BAV with Severe Stenosis, regurgitation, distended aortic root, all of which affected the rest of the heart. Good news is it will all be fixed soon! Open heart Aortic Valve and Aortic Root replacement.
