Paul's Profile

I started with a regular doctor visit and he found a murmur 2015. I went to a cardiologist and found that I had a Mitral Valve prolapse moderately leaking no big deal. I started doing echo's yearly and the last one early 2018 was severe. I was told I needed surgery OMG. I could not accept that I was 57 and needed open heart surgery. I have no real symptoms just a little winded when doing physical activity, Just thought was getting older. So I have finally accepted that I will need Surgery. Who, when, where, how, That took a year of research. Still Looking its 11/2021 still looking for a mitral repair surgeon.
