Send Matt a NoteAbout Me
I am a 42 year old man with a growing family and since June of 2015 I have been experiencing dizziness and fatigue. Met with ENTs, my primary care physician and neurologists before a CT was ordered of my chest. It revealed an accending aortic anyrism at about 4.7 cm at the root and 4.9 cm a short distance above the root. It was also revealed that I have a bicuspid aortic valve.
This all has been a very difficult diagnosis to hear and deal with. In addition all the doctors I have seen (ENTs, cadiologists, cardio thurasic surgeons, neurologists .....) all say my dizziness (i.e. drunken feeling) is not related to my heart condition. Has anyone had a similar situation or any insight?
I am currently waiting for another consult with a surgeon at Cleavland Clinic.
