My cardiologist has been watching and waiting on my valve for years. It has been fine until 2017 when it became moderate stenosis. Fast forward to 2018, it is now severe stenosis. A year ago I was in Greece. My husband and I have traveled extensively with no problems. Now I am getting ready for open heart surgery and I am terrified I cannot get my head in a positive state. I am up all night. Terrible dreams and panic attacks. I don't know how I will get through this. On top of all of this, I have periodontist problems that need to be cleaned up!
