About Me

At the age of 50 I learned I had Mitral Valve Regurgitation during an echo stress test. My cardiologist has been monitoring me every 6 months. As of this year (age 52) my regurg has gotten severe and it's time for surgery. I had my mitral valve repair surgery on October 24th at USC Keck Medical Center .
