Had a murmur most of my adult life. Mitral valve tear and regurgitation diagnosed 5 years ago. Dr. told me to get serious about fixing it this year. I did not want O H surgery, but was convinced it was the best route for me, and the best fix for my valve.
Surgery 15 days ago. Every day I get stronger and feel better than the day before. Really looking forward to spring!
