I had been following my mitral valve regurgitation for several years before my cardiologist referred me for surgery. He recommended the Cleveland Clinic and Dr. Gillinov, specifically. We made the trip from Kansas City for evaluation, and I was immediately impressed with this very well-oiled machine in Cleveland. Dr. Gillinov was fantastic and described the best course of action for me. They ended up repairing both my mitral and tricuspid valve. In 2019 I had a catheter ablation to calm some burdensome PVCs, also at Cleveland Clinic. I feel great now!
