About Me

I found out that I had a bicuspid aortic valve approximately 20 years ago. I have had annual echocardiograms that were always normal until 2021. My valve is now considered severely stenosed and I have a small aneurysm in the aorta. My symptoms are minimal, but my EKG results and echo results show that it is definitely time to have open heart surgery so this can be corrected.
