About Me (In My Own Words)
I was diagnosed with a BAV a few years ago after my father found to have one as well. I'm now 39 and fter normal monitoring, I have recently found out my valve has gotten worse and replacement will be needed. During my research of options, I found heartvalvesurgery and this website has been a huge blessing for information gathering. I'm still trying to figure out surgeon, timeframe, and location, but spirits are high after seeing all if this great information.
