Wow, you're getting good at this heart surgery thing! Hopefully you're done. Hopefully you'll be home in a few days.

I see below you've been back to er a few times. A few times I've noticed I can feel my heart beat more loudly, but it ends and I'm not sure whether it's just how I'm lying on it or something.
