Almost 3 months after Mitral valve repair. My daughter and I attended our yearly Needlepoint Guild retreat in beautiful Galena, Illinois. Fun with friends, good food (not heart healthy) !! Good shopping..and plenty of time to stitch , knit, stitch!!!!!
