Janet Skinner Banff and Jasper are incredibly beautiful national parks! I've been there several times ... the first time was in 1972, and most recently, 2016. I was shocked to see how far the Athabasca glacier has receded over the years.
(I used to live in Kingston and Seeley's Bay area ... now live on Vancouver Island ... another beautiful paradise!)

Tomorrow will be 6 weeks post op mitral valve repair. If I can do it and feel great so soon after surgery, you can do it too! God bless
