I take metropolol. It turned me into a babe magnet. Not really but it sounds good.

I’ve never been on Metoprolol but I’ve been on Carvedilol for a couple years without problem. Pre-surgery I was on 3.125mg 2x/day Dialing in my dosage post-surgery was a process. I got down from 50mg 2x a day to 12.5mg 2x a day.

I’ll add that it’s important to talk to your doctors about dosages and side effects. Side effects can worsen over time I was on 25mg of methotrexate 1x a week for my arthritis. It eventually made it difficult for me to function three days a week. They cut me down... Read more.

I agree to a point. Not always sure doctors are aware of the side effects or the interactions between drugs. My doctor likes the term “ its well tolerated” i always say “ by who”
