Geoege, thank you for sharing this info with me. I can feel heart palpatation even when I am on Metoprolol 25mg. I just had event monitor for one month but will not know the results until my next cardiologist visit in Aug. I will then ask him if I can... Read more.

Tracy - I can almost assure you it's Metoprolol that makes you feel tired. I'm on 100 mg of the extended release and my heart rate is usually in the 50s. The sad thing is, I've gotten used to side effects over the years I've been on it. I would... Read more.
