I hope you're continuing to get better every day. I'm thankfully every time I read one of the HVJs for all the great insight I'm getting into the journey. I hope to be in Texas a month after surgery, if I'm up to it, but will be quite a bit north of you in Lubbock. Good luck on getting back to your normal life.

Lynn Whipp The good thing is we can soon say this is all done! We will pray the best for you. I,too, am getting jitters at times for my August 31st valve and aorta replacement (aneurysm) surgery;but I know God has our hearts in his hands and all will be well. Take care!

Terry. I am also diagnosed with mitral regurgitation and I know how you feel about being tired. In reading a lot of the posts here, it has helped lessen my anxiety about my upcoming procedure. Knowing that I will be on the road to recovery helps to put some of my anxiety to rest. Hopefully it will be of some comfort to you too. Good luck on your upcoming procedure.

Michael Meyer You guys should feel so much better after surgery. I can't quite explain it but you will immediately feel the difference of not being tired like you were presurgery. Not to confuse you because post surgery you are taking lots of naps/rest as part of your recovery, but you will immediately notice the difference post mitral repair.

I absolutely the attention which causes me more anxiety. I wish you the best and hope your recovery is as good as can be.
