How are your doing Susan? Tuesday is coming up fast on us and feels like a whirlwind in my mind! I have all my pre-op tests on Friday including a heart cath, so a trial day for me.....yikes! Thinking of you and your family!

Thanks Jim! I will be thinking of you and your family also! I'm starting to think of it a lot more lately. Although I was supposed to have this done on 03/03 and got canceled 2 hours prior to surgery. I got a real sense of calm the night before... Read more.

Originally I was set to be the first am surgery that day for my surgeon at the time. However, about 3 1/2 weeks ago, my cardiologist informed me that my surgeon had to take a medical leave of abscense. It was scary thinking I may have to start the search... Read more.

All pre-op tests and labs done and pre- admitting taken care of. Heart cath was also done yesterday. Was ok until they took the brace off the wrist and I got woozy and fainted and quite nauseous....but better today. My surgery is now at 2 pm on Tuesday, so right... Read more.
