Anxiety is still bad. Slightly improved through daily meditation. I am trying very hard to manage it. There are good and bad days, thanks for asking.

Thanks for sharing this, interesting. Personally I quite dislike opioids and the side effects. I am learning that meeting with the anesthesiologist in advance is a highly prudent move
