Hi Nancy, Saw you were going to Sinai. I also went there for my mitral and tricuspid valve repairs two years ago. Any qts, just ask! You are in great hands- literally, with Dr. Adams.

Way better! It took me almost 12 months to fully heal. As others have said here, the last 10 percent of healing takes the longest. My resting heart rate went down by almost 10. My heart no longer pounds against my chest, when I push myself aerobically. I don't see... Read more.
