Good work Luke, I was active prior to surgery as well working out everyday and chasing 4 kids around. I actually ran a 5k (Girls on the Run) with my daughter at 4 months out and went well. Back to the gym now and pretty much back to normal.

Luke feeling 70 to 80 percent recovered at less than the two month mark is remarkable. - congrats! Just shows how much faster one heals, when younger and in good shape. That said, be deliberate and measured in pushing yourself physically. I found I felt better than I actually was... Read more.
