I am feeling great, almost at the 20 week mark. I opted for the bovine tissue valve. There are studies that show a 20-25 year expected longevity of this valve. I'm 55 and travel extensively for my work so I didn't think I wanted to get a mechanical valve, Coumadin,... Read more.
