Hello Kim,

My name is Theresa Palmer, I had the Ross Procedure done at Mount Sinai in 2023. I was not scared because I knew I was in the hands of the best!  Dr. Stelzer and Dr. El Hamamsy are incredible.  The staff, facility and everything about my experience was amazing.  In recovery it took me a few days to figure out that the medications were keeping me down because my body does not process drugs easily so once the cut back on the medications, I started feeling so much better and then was up and walking. :-)  You are in great hands and on the other side of your procedure is having a normal life again!  God Bless and prayers for a speedy recover :-)
