Ken, I was going to wish you luck but after all of these amazing encounters and coincidences that you have had, something tells me that you aren't going to need any luck. I do know something that you will need and that is an awesome support team. You have been and will be surrounded and cared for by some truly amazing people. Your support team will be here for you (except for that sponge bath part, you might want to get a second opinion on that). After meeting your brother and sister-in-law I know that you are in great hands. Hopefully you are past the reluctant phase and and are giving in to others giving to you. Of all people, you are very deserving and are expected to accept our help. If I could be there on Wednesday, I would come in singing. (That's just a joke, I wouldn't put you or anyone for that matter through that) I love you dearly and know that if I can't make it while you are in the hospital, I now know where all of your relatives live. In other words, I will hunt you down. Peace to you and your family and we will all see your smiling face in that recovery room!!

Ken, welcome to our heart family. I am months out from my mitral valve replacement. I am in cardiac rehab and feeling great and living each day to its fullest. This family is amazing. Adam's book really prepared me for the surgery, and especially post op. I love each and ever one of the heart sisters and brothers. I feel that without them my journey would have been hard. You will be fine. Each and everyone of us will be there for you and remember you in prayer. Look forward to hearing from you. Mia (Mary from Michigan)♡

Ken your not far from me. I'm in Tipp City. I noticed you are going to have your surgery local. I see the doctors at South West in Centerville. I would love to know how you picked the surgeon. God Bless !
