Hi Jeff, I have read your blog and it is inspiring...I had aortic valve replacement 7 months ago and feel great. But my doctor feels no one should do Bikram yoga, especially someone with a new valve (cow) and I miss it so much....I notice you do hot yoga, do... Read more.

Hi Barbara. So nice to hear from you and glad my comments were helpful. I absolutely recommend that you do yoga as the breathing and slow but constant focused movement is great exercise. My class is about 95-98 degrees and I hear Bikram is significantly higher. I don't recommend that... Read more.
