Thinking of you, Jared. You are almost there, on your way to recovery. ❤️🩹. I also went to Sinai in Manhattan. You are in the best-of-hands. ICU care was awesome. (And one tip- Protein drinks help a lot w post recovery, even while at Sinai.:)

Jared, I also will be thinking of you tomorrow as I will be in hospital waiting for my surgery on Friday morning. Deena, what protein drinks do you recommend? There are just so many, I am never sure which ones are best.

Kimberly, i asked my family to go to those shops where they "customize" your protein shakes. I could order my own flavor and had them double the protein. My taste was off after the surgery, so i actually just wanted to get it down. - straw essential:). I also drank... Read more.
