I was intrigued by your reply regards the correlation between size of person and size of aneurysm as it relates to how serious it is. Why this is true is beyond me. Maybe next year they will change their mind and say the opposite. I am 6-5 , 205 so... Read more.

There is a formula using body surface area and size of aneurysm to determine urgency of repair. For me, my 4.8 cm aneurysm was too large for my small body, so the aneurysm was the driving force for my surgery. I had my bicuspid valve replaced at the same time... Read more.
