I agree that cardiac rehab is a good thing. However in my case , surgery was right in the middle of covid so it was taboo. I bought a treadmill and used it every day and it did the job without the formal instruction. I still walk every day outside... Read more.

For me, cardiac rehab was one of the best things! The people there were so helpful and gave me confidence that I wasn't hurting myself also things that were normal to be feeling. I have been an athlete my entire life but needed this to trust my rebuilt heart.
