How's it going now, Bill? Hope you're all fixed after your return trip to CC. We just never know quite what bumps in the road there'll be on this journey, and yet overall it's so good to be done with surgery. Take care.

Good to hear from you. I feel very good heart wise but I had to put rehab on hold because of bilateral inguinal hernias that developed because I was straining with constipation. The smart thing to do is let the medication do it's job in good time. What a lesson... Read more.

Hi Bill - recovery is certainly an up and down situation, I agree. Since this is prime gardening time, I overdid it last week, and paid the price - several days downtime. I also have long term chronic back issues, several icky fusions years ago. Each of us have different... Read more.
