Wow Aubrey what beautiful scenery love the photos,I am across the lake from you in Liverpool I had my avr 5 days after you 21st Nov 2016, sorry to hear you are still experiencing pain Aubrey ,keep enjoying those walks in your beautiful countryside take care best wishes Pam

Hi Pam Thank you :) yes, Dunmore is really nice I'm from Dublin originally. You are in Liverpool, Great city My father was from there. Have you fully recovered? Unfortunately I'm (apparently) one of the 10% that takes longer to heal. have a good one :)

Hi Aubrey yes I am doing good thanks still doing cardio rehab which I enjoy, I personally think the best exercise is exactly what you are doing everyday that is walking ,stay well Aubrey I hope your recovery speeds up for you ,fab your father was a fellow scouser

That is interesting Pam, I did the Rehab about 4 months after op, due to the severe cutbacks here in health it was not up to much just exercises, however it was a great incentive to get out walking every day which I still do weather permitting. how long &... Read more.

Hi we exercise non stop for an hour (dumbells, stretch bands , stepper, Various stretch exercises, walking ,each exercise only lasts for 1 minute so it gets quite hectic your feet have to be moving constantly you definitely get hot and sweaty and puffy ha, I am halfway thro this... Read more.

Exactly the same Pam re; rehab, well worth it for confidence , I'm not into gyms, I'm fortunate enough to have countryside and coastlines to enjoy. Please, Take care and look after yourself. Its worth it ☺
