Pamela Gregory Hi Tammi, You are in the right place to find people that know exactly how you are feeling. Personally I found that although daily felt like nothing was improving, each week I could really see improvement. Listen to your body, try to walk several times a day, let people wait on you. You look like you are pretty young? Hang in there
